After an indifferent grey wet December, January has certainly started crisply.
All these photos were taken at Marsden nature trail, West Yorkshire, on a beautiful ice-cold Saturday morning, Jan 2nd. It had just started to snow on this bottom picture.
I love those blue skies!

Lovely sunshine – and it looks so good with the crisp frost and the blue skies. (Wet snow has turned to rain here – I’d love some sunny weather to get out and about in. Must be patient… )

Our sunny weather has deserted us for snow and ice, rain and oh yeah, more snow. Looking forward to some drier weather.

So am I Jill! Looks like we might get some dry weather today, so I’m off outside while I have the chance… π

Thank you. Sky didn’t stay blue for much longer that day, it started to snow.
